Thank you for your interest in the Zookeeper’s Companion!
Step 1: Register
To get started, register for the Zookeeper’s Companion New Client Profile. This account includes your contact information and some other preliminary details. Once approved, you will complete your Pet’s Profile where you can include every detail about your furry family and their care needs!
Step 2: Schedule meet-and-greet
After your New Client Profile has been approved, we will send a message to schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet. During this time we will answer any questions you may have, and get to know your pets. We will also review your pet and home care plan in detail, as well as collect two keys to your home.
Step 3: Place your reservation
Now it’s time to get scheduled! Using the Zookeeper’s Companion online scheduling portal, you can request new services in minutes. Once your request has been confirmed, you can rest easy knowing that your pet is in good hands.
